Accommodation
Our accommodation is slightly different to most; in order to help our guests we try to supply all the necessary day-to-day things that most people need, and in turn we hope this allows you to bring the things you want, not the things you need.
Our comfortable, self-catering or breakfast-supplied annexe comprises one en-suite bedroom, sleeping up to three people, and a fully equipped kitchen/diner. There is no separate lounge but there are comfortable armchairs in the dining area where you can relax. There are two further double bedrooms in the main house that can be made available for larger parties.
The accommodation can be entirely self-catering or, for a small additional cost, breakfast can be supplied for you to cook at your leisure.
We are also very happy to provide groceries should you wish to order these in advance of your stay.
We provide most toiletries plus bed linen, towels, robes, hair dryers, clock-radio, and most kitchen requirements and needs.
We endeavour to use natural products and local organic produce wherever possible.
There is a barbecue area entirely for your own use and we are happy for you to use the main gardens.
There are a number of good local pubs and restaurants nearby, and the nearest supermarket is situated in the village of Lambourn, three miles away.
The Annexe is non-smoking and dogs are not permitted (unless previously agreed).
